Step#1: Set A Fabric Sheet For The Printing Process:

For printing on the black shirt, we will print the graphic, which we have to sublimate onto a fabric sheet so that it becomes easy for users to transfer the design onto the surface of the black shirt. Instead of using regular sublimation paper, we will use a fabric sheet.

Once you have performed the whole process of printing, then you may feel as if the print has come out to be dull. When you see so, don’t worry as it is just because we are using the fabric sheet.

Step # 2: Choosing The Right Graphic Design:

The first and one of the most basic yet the most crucial step to start any sublimation process is to choose which graphic you want to sublimate print on the black shirt. Once you have picked the right choice, you have to set the image as per your need, and you have to adjust the size and make some other necessary modifications. You need to print the design on the fabric sheet when you have done all this now.

Step # 3: Cut  Out The Access Part Of The Print:

When the fabric sheet has been settled, it is time to cut off the extra part of the printed graphic.

For that purpose, it is totally onto you whether you have to use a scissor or any other instrument.

Step # 4: Let The Fabric Sheet Settle:

Once you have performed printing on the fabric sheet, you have to let the fabric sheet settle for over 2 to 3 hours before going through the heat-pressing process.

Step # 5: Heat Pressing:

Now it’s time to start heat pressing.

To start the heat press process, you will have to turn on the heat press machine and set it to the right temperature.

While heat pressing, you have to be careful with everything and ensure that the parchment paper is between the shirt and its two layers.

Once you have set all the things, place the parchment paper as the first layer. Then, you have to put the black shirt as the second layer.

Ensure that the alignment you want to come out on the shirt is the same as you need.

Ensure to lint the shirt area where you want the print to come off.

Step # 6: The Process Of Sublimation:

Once the heat press is ready to be used, you have to pre-press the shirt or the area where you have to put the print on. This pre-heat is used to eliminate the moisture the shirt might already have.

Once you have checked all those things, now you have to place parchment paper on top. And then a butcher paper.

Set the image perfectly where you want it to be sublimated. It should be appropriately aligned and should face the right direction.

You can see the fantastic outcome.

After that, you have to heat press the print on the surface of the black shirt for almost 40-60 seconds.

Once this is done, then there’s nothing more to do. You have to wear your black shirt with excellent graphics sublimated on it.
